3. Description of the Service
Weston provides AI-powered real estate deal analysis. You can submit deals by forwarding emails to our designated processing address or by messaging us via WhatsApp. The Service analyzes the content — verifying claims, running financial models, and generating investor-grade reports. Key aspects of the Service include:
- Email processing. You forward deal-related emails to weston@deal.meetweston.com. We process the email content, attachments, and metadata to generate analysis reports.
- WhatsApp processing. You may submit deals and communicate with the Service via our WhatsApp Business number. We process your messages, media attachments, and metadata through the WhatsApp Business API to generate analysis reports and send responses. Standard WhatsApp messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
- Deal analysis. We provide automated financial modeling, claim verification, market data analysis, and investment recommendations powered by artificial intelligence.
- Responses. We send analysis results and service-related notifications to the email address or WhatsApp number associated with your account.
- Dashboard. You can view and manage your deal reports through the web-based dashboard at meetweston.com.

6. Artificial Intelligence Use Disclaimer
The Service is fundamentally powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”) and automated machine-learning processes. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- AI-generated outputs. All analysis, reports, deal scores, financial projections, and recommendations provided by the Service are generated by AI models, not by licensed human professionals. These outputs are informational only.
- Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the Service or its outputs constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified, licensed professionals before making any investment or business decision.
- Errors and hallucinations. AI models can produce incorrect, incomplete, or fabricated information (“hallucinations”). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
- Third-party AI providers. We use third-party AI infrastructure and large language model providers to power our analysis pipeline. Your submitted content may be processed by these providers subject to their own data processing terms.
- Independent verification required. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information, figures, and claims in any report before relying on them.
- Market data limitations. Property information and market data are sourced from third-party providers and may not be current, accurate, or complete.
- No guarantee of results. Past performance data and financial projections are not guarantees of future results. Real estate investments involve substantial risk of loss.
7. Email and WhatsApp Communications
By using the Service, you expressly consent to receiving communications from us via email and, if you use our WhatsApp integration, via WhatsApp. These communications include:
- Deal analysis replies in response to emails you forward to weston@deal.meetweston.com or messages you send via WhatsApp.

These are transactional communications necessary for the operation of the Service. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages. Our email communications comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act. WhatsApp communications are governed by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
